**Because this syrup has raw honey, it is not safe for babies under 1 year of age**

There are no artificial preservatives in this syrup. The honey does act as a natural preservative. I do not pack this on ice when it’s shipped. If will stay fresh for 7 days without refrigeration according to all the research and testing I have personally done. I mail it 2 day priority so it will arrive well before it would start to go bad. Refrigerate when you receive it and it will be good for 150 days.

Distilled water, raw honey,  agave nectar, organic elderberries, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, and organic cloves.
